Free estimates · No contracts · Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Book any one on its own, or stack them — a move-out clean with a hauling load is our most common pairing, because an empty house rarely empties itself cleanly.
Regular maintenance on your schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
A deep, top-to-bottom reset of an empty home before the walkthrough.
Outdoor living spaces brought back to pristine, up to a quarter acre.
Household junk, yard waste, and bulk refuse — loaded, hauled, and dumped.
Enter your square footage. These are our published rates — the same numbers we'd read you over the phone.
An estimate for a home in expected condition, not a locked bid. Homes that haven't been professionally cleaned recently usually need a first deep clean to set the baseline.
Nothing held back for the sales call. This is what it costs.
Includes dusting, surface wiping, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen upkeep.
Assumes an empty home with working power and water.
We gather and bag. Hauling it away is the trash removal line.
No paint, chemicals, fuel, or appliances with refrigerant.
Use the calculator above or call. For yard and hauling work, a couple of photos is all we need to price it.
We lock your slot and sort out access — key, lockbox, or door code. You don't need to be home, and most of our regulars aren't.
We bring every supply and every piece of equipment. Same slot, same standard, every visit.
Plenty of cleaning companies won't give you a number until someone's standing in your kitchen. We publish ours, because a square foot is a square foot and you deserve to know what you're signing up for.
If a visit doesn't meet the standard, tell us by the next business day, point at what was missed, and we come back and correct it. No argument, no invoice for the return trip. A problem raised the same day can be fixed — that's why we ask you to raise it.
[Sample review — replace before launch.] They quoted the number over the phone and that was the number. Bi-weekly for eight months now and I've never once had to follow up about something missed.
[Sample review — replace before launch.] We had four days between tenants. Move-out clean and a hauling load in the same afternoon, and the walkthrough passed without a note.
[Sample review — replace before launch.] The yard had been ignored for a full season. They gave me the high end of the range up front and it was worth every dollar.
Because it's different work. A maintenance clean touches surfaces in a furnished home. A move-out clean is an empty house cleaned to the walls — inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, window tracks, closet shelves. Nothing is in the way, so everything gets touched.
No, and most of our regular customers aren't. We arrange access ahead of time — a key, a lockbox, a garage or door code — and we use the same arrangement every visit. For a first clean it helps to be there, because that's when we set priorities and problem areas.
No. We bring all supplies and equipment. The one exception is a specialty product for a specific surface — natural stone, unsealed wood, certain luxury finishes. Tell us in advance and either provide the product or confirm what's safe to use, because that kind of damage isn't reversible.
Interior of the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, exterior windows, walls and ceilings, carpet shampooing, laundry, and garages — all quoted separately. We also don't do biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest droppings, or hoarding conditions, and we clean around heavy furniture rather than moving it.
A basic clean on an average home runs roughly two to four hours depending on size and condition. A move-out clean commonly runs four to eight because the scope is deeper. Those are estimates, not commitments — the standard is the work being done properly, not the clock.
Pets are welcome and common. Just tell us what's in the home and where they'll be. Anything anxious around strangers or likely to bolt should be secured — doors get propped open and equipment comes in and out. Heavy shedding can push a home above the standard rate, and if it does, we'll talk to you about it rather than quietly rush.
Above 3,500 sq ft for maintenance cleaning it's a custom quote. For move-out cleaning the published formula keeps going: $450 at 3,000 sq ft, plus $50 for every additional 500 sq ft, with very large homes confirmed at the walkthrough.
Paint and solvents, motor oil and automotive fluids, gasoline, pesticides and pool chemicals, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos material, medical waste, and ammunition — the disposal facility won't take them. Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners contain refrigerant and need certified handling, so those are quoted case by case.
Tell us the square footage and what you need. For yard or hauling work, attach a couple of photos when we reply and we'll price it from those.
